Dr. Wibke Backhaus

  • Consultation of the rectorate in the processes of decision making, planning, implementation and evaluation concerning equality and diversity at the university
  • Development of quality- and diversity specific concepts (e.g., structural- and developmental planning, human resources and organisational development, European Campus)
  • Consultation of academic and administrative institutions of the university concerning matters of gender and diversity (e.g., application of gender equality funds in joint projects as determined by the German Research Society (DFG))
  • Development and implementation of internal training and further educational measures concerning gender and diversity
  • Office of the Permanent Senate Commission on Equal Opportunity
  • Collaboration and contribution to work focal points in national and international working groups and networks or within the university
